Built on a former landfill site and designed by Casanova + Hernandez Architects, Eco Park Durres is an ambitious and excellent concept and design, poised to cross the finish line. A long road stretched straight ahead, seemingly new, yet with scattered potholes. A left turn brought uncertainty — was the car park open? The half-raised barrier suggested indecision.
